We believe our lamb is some of the best around, natural, healthy and tasty.
We use a local family run Master Butcher who shares our values of only producing the finest products. After hanging, to further improve tenderness and flavour, the meat is cut and prepared.
All the meat is delivered direct from our Butcher to your door. Each cut is packed separately and clearly labelled. It is ideal for freezing. A half lamb will take up to 1 tray in a standard upright freezer.
Each Lamb is individually prepared to order. For this reason we will advise of an approximate delivery date at time of ordering and confirm this at least 5 days before delivery.
A typical half Lamb pack will contain the following cuts:
- 2 Half Leg, half on the bone (please advise if you want leaving whole)
- 2 Half Shoulder joints, on the bone
- Lamb Steaks
- Lamb Chops
- Breast & Neck
The pack can be adapted to your individual needs, if there are any particular cuts/joints you require our Master Butcher will be only too happy to help.
